Delete your PayoutVerify account
You can request deletion of your PayoutVerify account and all data associated with it at any time.
How to request deletion
- Email support@payoutverify.app with the subject line “Delete my account”, sent from the email address you signed up with.
- We confirm the request and permanently delete your account within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in credentials
- All deals, expected payments, and matching history
- All uploaded statement files and their extracted data
- Notification tokens and preferences
What is kept
- Payment records required for tax and accounting compliance (if you had a paid subscription) are retained by our payment processor, Stripe, per its legal obligations.
Tip: export your data as CSV from the app before deleting — export is free on every plan.
