Terms of Service

Plain language, because you have better things to read. Last updated July 8, 2026.

What PayoutVerify is

PayoutVerify helps you track what you sold, what you expect to be paid, and whether the payments on your commission statements match. It is a record-keeping and discrepancy-flagging tool. It is not accounting, tax, or legal advice, and flagged discrepancies are estimates based on the rates and rules you configure — always confirm against your own agreements before disputing a payment.

Your account

You're responsible for your login and for the accuracy of the data you enter. Your data belongs to you: you can export everything as CSV at any time, on any plan, free, and you can ask us to delete your account and all its data at support@payoutverify.app.

Billing

Your files

Uploaded statement files are stored encrypted at rest and deleted automatically after 90 days; the extracted line data persists so your history keeps working. Details in the privacy policy.

The unavoidable legal part

PayoutVerify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We may update these terms; if we change something material we'll note it here with a new date, and continuing to use the service means you accept the update.
